Bob is a recognized engineering expert for high rise buildings, and both renovation and adaptive reuse of historic facilities. He helped advance the application of, post 9/11, high-rise building codes for life safety and engineered systems. Over his career Bob has participated in numerous landmark projects, including the Comcast Center, the adaptive reuse of the Main Post Office, and the historic PSFS building in Philadelphia.

As an Executive Vice President, Bob focuses on project development and conceptual design. He applies his technical experience, leading edge technologies and LEED initiatives to many of our complex projects. He is a Drexel University Engineering graduate, a University of Nebraska Architecture graduate and a LEED Accredited Professional. Bob enjoys golf, sport track driving and is an avid fly fisherman.
