As the Director of Business Development for our New York office, Cristina is responsible for the development and implementation of BD strategy, identifying partnerships and opportunies across all offices, and forging client relationships.

Cristina began her career as a Structural Engineer where she quickly developed a passion for building relationships while performing diverse project responsibilities. She enjoys utilizing her engineering expertise to support client needs and build successful industry relationships. 

Known for her deep connections in the AEC Community, Cristina was named to Engineering News-Record’s Top 20 Under 40 list and most recently was recognized in 2023 by ROI-NJ as a Women in Business Influencer.
