Jim has more than 20 years of MEP/FP engineering design experience. As Director of MEP Operations in Bala’s Philadelphia office, he collaborates closely with clients to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for complex engineering challenges.

Jim applies his engineering expertise across a wide array of market sectors including real estate, mission critical, corporate interiors, higher education and life sciences. His focus lies with the design, engineering, installation and total commissioning for large Commercial and Industrial (C & I) customers. Jim’s multi-technology projects include lighting, HVAC, chillers, boilers, motors and drives, energy management control systems, water conservation, building envelope and fuel switching. His proficiency also includes tenant support services ranging from improvement projects to major construction builds for commercial, education, retail, mixed use, and developer clients.

Jim oversees a growing team of skilled engineers and project managers. He is committed to mentoring emerging engineers and actively participates in professional organizations to advance the field of MEP/FP engineering.
