Jim has over 20 years of experience in project management and mechanical engineering. In his role as Director of MEP Operations, Jim works to advance our workforce analysis, project management, recruiting and project delivery process. His area of expertise includes office buildings, high-rise, and multi-family developments.

Jim is also actively involved with the Assistant Project Managers group, which trains and mentors employees by cross-training knowledge of disciplines and providing management education.  He is also a part of the Bala Mentorship Program where he helps employees with their personal and professional development.
