Jennifer is Bala's Director of Human Resources. She has over a decade of HR experience and has been in the AEC industry since 2021.  Much of Jennifer’s HR career has been in the talent and compliance spaces with special emphasis on HR technology, process improvement, and employee engagement.  With these skills, she has been able to craft positive candidate and employee experiences.

Based in our Philadelphia office, Jennifer leads the organization's people and culture strategy, implementing best practices in the areas of recruiting, retention, training, total rewards, and compliance.
