As Chief Executive Officer, Kim oversees the entire enterprise with a focus on strategic development and growth.  She possesses a strong business acumen, understanding of our industry, and is committed to Bala's clients.

With over 20 years of experience, she has developed a sharp sense of evaluating alliances and growth potential and has helped the company evolve into several key locations along the Northeast corridor.  She manages the strategic functions for all offices, including the engineering operations, Human Resources, legal, and marketing.  Kim works closely with each of our practice groups and oversees the enterprise-wide initiatives for mentoring and diversity. 

She is a member of The Forum of Executive Women, St. Joseph's University Alumni Real Estate and Construction Chapter, The Philadelphia Sunday Breakfast Club, and the CFO Leadership Council.  Kim also engages in community initiatives including working with the Inner City Business Owner Mentorship Program that helps city startup companies get off the ground and she is a Financial Literacy Coach for Habitat for Humanity.
