Michael is one of the founders of Bala who started the business in 1982. He began his career engineering complex power distribution systems for the Capital Complex for Bangladesh and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. His 40+ years of expertise in the field of engineering and leadership has positioned Bala as a leading engineering firm along the northeast corridor.

In addition to his extensive portfolio, Michael is involved with the Engineering Entrepreneurship Program at his alma mater, Villanova University, and has participated in their International Service projects in Panama with Father Wally Kasuboski, a Capuchin Missionary.
