Tonya is the Marketing and Communication Manager serving all of Bala’s offices.  She oversees the creative direction and content of Bala’s web site, presentations and collateral material plus she is responsible for implementing the firm’s overall social media program.  With over 13 years experience in marketing at Bala, Tonya is also involved in Business Development through her active participation in Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and Society of Marketing of Professional Services (SMPS).  Tonya is a founding member of the Philadelphia Chapter of Professional Women in Construction(PWC) and she directs Bala’s NexGen program of involving our younger technical staff in business development activities.
