This project consisted of the renovation of an existing 8 story office building originally built in 1968. The 8 story building was expanded to 10 stories and an additional 34,000 square feet of space was adding while the building remained occupied.
The building consists of two levels of underground parking and 136,600 square feet of office space. The building remained occupied on three of the eight existing floors while construction was being completed. Two floors were added to the building and sustainable features including a green roof, energy-efficient systems and daylighting strategies were implemented. The facade of the building was also replaced and the cores and main lobby were fully renovated as well. A new penthouse level was added to house new mechanical systems and elevator machines.
