1735 Market

Once known as the BNY Mellon Center, 1735 Market has responded to the influx of the millennial workforce by creating a modern amenity space on the fifth floor.  The renovated space includes a 100-person classroom-style conference room, huddle rooms, game area, fireplace, wine lockers, bar and an outdoor terrace.

Great lengths were taken within the MEP system design in order to provide the desired flexibility that the space demanded.  Bala's Structures Group also provided structural designs for the space and a structural analysis to review the existing roof area's ability to serve as an exterior deck.
