This healthcare administrative services company decided to merge their Horsham and Fort Washington offices into one central location at 1900 Market Street.
The project involved the fit-out of 113,000 square feet of space on the 4th and 5th floors. Areas included a mixture or private offices, workstations, conference rooms and support spaces.
The project also involved sustainable features such as daylight harvesting, motorized shade controls and a Lutron lighting control System. ITS design included cabling from the MDF and IDFs and to the desktops and other locations on the two floors. Security included documentation and structured cabling for access and intrusion control, with card readers/biometrics and a CCTV system.
