Apeloa

Founded in 1989, Apeloa is a pharmaceutical contract discovery and development company, looking to increase their presence in the United States.  An existing warehouse in Billerica, MA was transformed into  4,000 SF of office space and 12,000 SF of state-of-the-art lab facilities.

The office area boasts a spacious open lounge, complete with a modern kitchen/cafe space, office and conference areas - perfect for fostering collaboration and innovation.  The lab is fully equipped to support Apeloa's R&D needs, featuring an NMR Room, chemistry and analytical labs, glass wash, and chemical/solvent storage areas.
