Aramark

This food and facilities giant chose to relocate their corporate headquarters in Philadelphia to one of the city's most aggressive new development areas.  Aramark is now the anchor tenant on the top five floors of the former four-story, industrial structure at 2400 Market Street.  Their headquarters totals approximately 240,000 square feet and includes office space, conference space, a fitness center with locker room, a dining facility and a 10,000 square foot test kitchen and food storage area.  There is also a five-story communicating stair in the space and a large town hall with multiple movable partitions.
