This project consists of a new truck repair and maintenance facility to replace the existing facility which is to be demolished to make way for the new Wynn Boston Harbor Casino and Hotel.
The building is approximately 24,500 square feet and includes truck maintenance bays, sales area, parts storage, wash bay, oil storage and offices.
Bala was the consultant responsible for the full MEP/FP design and construction documents. The design includes energy recovery ventilation units for the maintenance bay area with gas monitoring and detection.
