The City of Philadelphia is consolidating its Police, Fire and EMS operations into the old Inquirer Building on 400 North Broad. Bala was chosen to perform the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for the 911 and Data Center, as well as the structured cabling systems and security design services for the entire building, including holding cells. This project is a design/build project with Keating Inquirer Builders, LLC.
