Bala provided commissioning, testing, and peer review services for the move of this financial firm into its new US headquarters. This +1 million SF workplace features state-of-the-art office space and critical infrastructure while offering spectacular views of Central Park and the Hudson River.
Our Cx group performed Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning for the new 2N infrastructure to support trading floors, workplace and amenities spaces, as well services for a new generator plant, chilled water plant, UPS systems, and building-wide network systems. Our team performed this critical work all while the existing facility remained 'live', providing uninterrupted building services and effective interfacing of base building systems.
