The Summit at University City is a 24-story, residential, high-rise developed through a partnership with Drexel University and American Campus Communities. The building features a full-service kitchen and dining facility and one level of below grade parking, a fitness center, ground floor retail, an outdoor courtyard, sun deck, movie theater and study lounges.
The building features a high efficiency HP system, life safety systems, recirculating DHW system, pressure zones for high-rise control and mechanical radiant flooring for large expanses of glass in the dining area.
The Summit is the largest building on Drexel’s campus and the largest student housing facility in American Campus Communities’ portfolio.
