This leading private equity firm moved its Philadelphia headquarters to a brand new, state-of-the-art building to Ellis Preserve, a mixed-use development in Newtown Square, which is owned by Equus.  

The new headquarters is two stories and 42,000 square feet.  The building exhibits an open office environment concept with exposed engineering systems.  The offices also include an outdoor kitchen, water feature and putting green.
