33 Calvert Street in Harrison, NY.
The full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) design of this new out-of-the-ground residential building consists of 24 rental units in approximately 50,000 square feet of space. The building also has a rooftop terrace and an 18,000 square foot below-grade parking garage.
Bala’s design included a VRF HVAC system for unit, ConEd coordination for new service, the design of a power panel for each unit, gas stoves, fireplaces and full plumbing and fire protection designs.
