Based primarily in Boston, Harvard Business Publishing, a not-for-profit, wholly-owned subsidiary of Harvard University, moved its staff to its new Global Headquarters in Brighton.
The project consisted of the renovation and tenant improvement of 120,000 square feet of existing office space across five floors of the ten-story building. The core fire protection systems remained with sprinkler work consisting of the relocation and replacement of existing systems to suit the new office layouts. New fan powered VAV boxes with electric heat at perimeter zones were design with exposed ceiling and ductwork in most areas.
The renovation was designed to meet LEED Certification requirements, which included a green roof terrace, LED lighting and access to natural light.
