To meet expanding needs, Florida-based Holtec International, built a new, $260 million, 50-acre campus along the Delaware River called the Krishna P. Singh Technology Campus. Holtec is an innovator in the carbon-free power generation market and chose Camden to help revitalize the city. The campus consists of two large manufacturing plants, a 7-story corporate engineering center, a system test facility (without nuclear fuel) and support installations like a training center, non-destruction testing laboratory and corporate apartments.
Bala provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning of all three buildings for systems including the chillers, condensing boilers, fan coil units, VAV terminal units, fire alarm system, generator, make-up air units, unit heaters, exhaust fans and domestic water heaters.
