This leading global market intelligence and data analytics provider to the technology ecosystem consolidated three of its offices within Massachusetts under one roof. Bala provided MEP/FP engineering and technology expertise for the new office space inclusive of collaboration spaces, podcast and broadcasting studios and conference spaces fully equipped with the latest conferencing technology.
This fit-out included the entire 3-story property at 140 Kendrick Street in the N Squared Innovation District of Massachusetts. In addition to multiple meeting and collaboration spaces, Bala also designed a data center with dedicated AUX generator support, TV production studios and a podcast station.
Bala worked with IDG to design an audiovisual program covering conference, collaboration, space scheduling, studio and digital messaging needs. Unique space types included 2 flexible video studios with a control room, voice-over booth and podcasting suite, as well as divisible training and flexible conference space collaboration systems.
