Carey Business School

As part of the Harbor East Redevelopment Project, Bala designed the Carey Business School in the Legg Mason Tower. We completed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for various phases. The initial project included approximately 84,000 SF of administration and educational space at the lower levels of the high rise office buildings. Following the completion and occupancy, Bala continued to provide MEP engineering for several additional phases.
Lighting throughout the project is LED and meets the base building standards and the International Energy Conservation Code. Convenience receptacles and power connections were provided to meet the floor plans and user needs.
