This project revised the use profiles of three existing areas within this 42,650 SF facility.  The scope included the addition of new fume hoods and minor revisions to an existing 900 SF laboratory, renovation of an 1,000 SF existing solvent room to add 2 walk-in fume hoods to host reactors, and an addition of a 300 SF high-hazard H-2 area within the existing space to host 2 new walk-in fume hoods to also host reactors.  The facility consists of a single-story low bay office area and a single-story high bay manufacturing and warehouse space.
