This new $10.6 million, 58,000 square foot building will link two existing buildings on Malvern Prep’s campus and just recently broke ground in September 2018. The new three-story steel structure will include flexible learning spaces needed to integrate disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, arts and math. Bala was chosen to provide the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, audio visual, telecommunications and security design services for the project.
