MBTA Automatic Fare Collection Infrastructure

Provided engineering support for the expansion of present electrical power design-build design documents to design-build design documents for Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems associated with Massachusetts rail commuter stations. The project replaces all existing fare vending and fare collection equipment at 94 existing subway lobbies and surface light rail stops. Fare validation and fare vending equipment will also be added to 130 Keolis commuter rail stations.
