This commercial real estate agency moved its offices to 1735 Market to create a more open and collaborative floor plan.  The fit-out included office spaces, meeting rooms, a kitchen and collaborative spaces.

Bala worked closely with the design team to organize the MEP/FP services in an aesthetically pleasing fashion in these spaces. Bala designed structural framing to safely support a Muraflex operable glass partition wall between the conference rooms and cafe areas. The structures team also consulted with the architectural team for cold-formed metal framing support above demountable glass partition walls.
