The apartments at the Edge on Hudson will include 6,700 SF of amenity and lobby space, 232,000 SF of apartments and 137,500 SF of parking that will accommodate for 476 spaces in 5.5 levels above grade.
Located on the site of a former General Motors assembly plant, the Edge on Hudson project will eventually include 1,177 units of housing; a 140 room boutique hotel; 135,000 SF of retail space and 35,000 SF of office space. Amenities will include an outdoor courtyard with swimming pool, fitness deck, outdoor kitchens, firepits, open green spaces terraces; and a roof deck with sweeping views.
The development is a model for sustainable development in the region, as one of the first rental communities in Westchester County to have a solar roof infrastructure. The complex will also offer residents a significant number of EV charging stations, targeting upwards of 15% of all parking spaces.
