Bala provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) and structural engineering services for the renovation of 150,000 square feet of office space at 1500 Market Street on floors 15-19.  The space features private offices, workstations, conference rooms, pantries, a cafe and a 678 SF server room.  Radian’s new headquarters features open plan benching work stations, as well as private offices, a large Conference Center, flexible meeting/huddle rooms, pantries, training, custom care space, large cafe, video conferencing and executive office space.  They have a monumental interconnecting stair between the 18th and 19th floors, which required structural to modify the existing concrete waffle slab.
