This mixed-use development located on the Atlantic Coast, six miles north of Boston, features residential apartments with parking and ground floor retail. Future residents of Revio Revere Beach will enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool deck and roof deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The two floors of podium include 242 parking spaces, 12,000 SF of amenity space and 5,000 SF of retail.
With a strong commitment to sustainability, this project is pursing LEED Gold certification and will have significantly reduced operational carbon emissions through an all-electric residential building design. Bala designed systems that help electrify this building, including DX air source heat pumps and electric domestic water heaters in each residence. The design also includes electric vehicle charging stations and infrastructure for photovoltaics on the roof.
