The International Law Firm moved its Boston offices into 18 floors of the Prudential Center. The new space offers state-of-the-art office areas, data center, chiller plant, full food service facilities, and a high-tech conference center.
The office tenant fit-out project consisted of a complete renovation of 18 floors of a 52-story commercial office tower including a new Data Center on the 38th floor and Conference Center and Cafeteria on the 48th and 49th floors. The project featured the addition of dedicated air handling units to serve a commercial kitchen and to provide additional outdoor air to the conference center floor. The project also included a 24/7 chilled water plant dedicated to the IT spaces.
