This new 20-story mixed-use high-rise tower is in the Journal Square 2060 Redevelopment Area. The new tower includes residential units, resident amenity space, office and retail space.
The tower will include 79 residential units, 18,000 square feet of office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors and 15,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Resident amenity spaces include bike storage and community gathering space.
The residential units will be served by PTAC HVAC systems to provide individual control for each room. The retail and office spaces will be VRF systems with dedicated outside air units as well as utilities to accommodate a broad range of potential retail occupancies.
