Southbridge Middle/High School

Bala provided engineering services for the new 200,000 SF school for grades 6-12.  The new school, which is organized into two wings can accommodate for 1050 students and has distinct entrances for both school.  

The project included classrooms, offices, a gymnasium, locker rooms and a full auditorium with stage.  The design included full air conditioning for classrooms, occupancy and daylight controls for lighting, demand control ventilation for high occupancy spaces and ventilation total energy recovery.
