Located next to its sister building, The View at Montgomery, Vantage is a new 470,000 square foot, mixed-use student housing building on Temple University’s campus. The project includes two mixed-use towers, one at 18 stories and the second at 12 stories, which are connected by a 6-story connector bridge.
Vantage is the second phase of the Goldenberg Group’s master plan to redevelop a 4.6-acre site. Like the original View, Vantage has a long list of amenities including a coffee bar, fitness center, outdoor terrace, sky lounge, conference rooms, bike storage and on-site parking that includes spots for electric charging stations.
The building features more than 1,800 beds in one, two, three or four bedroom, fully-furnished apartments and includes 40,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
