The University of Pennsylvania Health System is currently developing The Center for Healthcare Technology. The building will be approximately 540,000 square feet and 18 stories when complete.
Phase I of the project is currently underway located at 3600 Civic Center Boulevard in Philadelphia. This first phase will include an investigative drug services pharmacy and a major expansion for the University’s Bio Bank Freezer Farm to meet their growing needs. The building also includes a large dining facility on the first floor and a childcare center with an outdoor play area.
The second phase will add 290,000 square feet to support future requirements and take the building to 18 stories, totaling 540,000 square feet.
