This medical office building was constructed atop of an existing seven-story parking structure and is home to more than 100 health care providers from a wide range of services, including cardiology, ear, nose and throat, primary care, surgery, urology and women's health.
Bala provided the MEP/FP engineering services for the project. A new entry was carved into the base of the parking structure and new elevators and utilities were run through the parking decks.
The project achieved LEED-CS Silver certification.
