Located in Philadelphia, the Wanamaker Building is a historic building built in the early 1900’s as a department store and was later converted into offices in the 1980’s. Bala has provided MEP/FP, structural and ITS engineering services on over 50 projects in the Wanamaker Building for the last 15 years. This works includes over 300,000 SF of office renovations and numerous MEP/FP building infrastructure upgrades.
