Henry retired in December 2022 as Executive Vice President overseeing all Marketing activities with a focus on Business Development efforts in the Education and Commercial markets.  Henry has played a key role in the evaluation and integration of all our mergers and acquisitions,   and reinforcing the Bala culture to all offices. With a 40 year history in the engineering design and construction industries, Henry was a member of SCUP, DVAPPA, ULI and CoreNet.  His diverse skill set made him a valuable resource for staying abreast of current industry trends in engineering and marketing.
