Jason is a Project Manager for Bala’s Philadelphia office. During his professional career, which spans over 20 years, he has led the design for a host of large-scale new construction and renovation initiatives throughout the United States.  Jason excels at collaborating with the design team through all phases of a project, to clearly communicate the needs of the client, and deliver forward thinking design solutions for every project. During his professional career, he has managed multiple technically complex multi-phased projects with an emphasis in the residential, education, and corporate markets.  Some recent career highlights include serving as the project manager for The Girard East Market (LEED Silver Certified) in Philadelphia, SouthSide Commons near Lehigh University, and Equus Capital Partners Headquarters (pursuing LEED Gold Certification) in Newtown Square. 

Jason is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania with an established NCEES Record.  Additionally, he is a member of  ASHRAE, the National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying, and the United States Green Building Council.
