John has more than 25 years of experience managing a variety of mission critical design and commissioning projects, including data centers, technology facilities, emergency operations / call taker dispatch / command and control centers. His responsibilities have included providing project leadership for design, project execution and overall management playing a key role in the development of a project's planning, systems deployment, scope, schedule and budget development.

During his tenure at Bala, notable projects have included: various confidential, hyperscale data centers, extensive critical systems infrastructure upgrades and load management for the City of New York's E-911 Emergency Operation Centers in Brooklyn and the Bronx, City of New York's OTI/FDNY & NYPD data centers, Nasdaq's Philadelphia Exchange, New Jersey Fiber Exchange (NJFX) Sub-sea Cabling Land Station data center, and 1547 Critical Systems Realty Colocation data centers in Orangeburg, NY, Cheyenne, WY and Lanai, HI. 

He frequently attends and has presented at the 7x24 Exchange Delaware Valley Chapter meetings and attends the 7x24 Exchange International conferences. He has also presented at the Northern Virginia Technology Council on ‘Innovations in Power & Cooling Systems’.
