Bob retired in December 2024 as President overseeing the strategic planning efforts across the enterprise and was the driving force behind our collaborative Business Development team.  He is a knowledge powerhouse in the high-rise market, with notable projects being the sister towers, Comcast and Comcast Technology Center in Philadelphia.  His technical experience has also made him a go-to resource for clients with historic buildings.

In 2016, Bob became the first mechanical engineer inducted into the Carpenter’s Club in Philadelphia, an honorable nod from his industry peers.
