Sue was a legacy member of TMP Engineers before joining forces with Bala in 2016. She is a Senior Associate and Senior Project Engineer with over 19 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems including core and shell buildings and fit-out designs. Sue’s focus lies in the Mixed-Use and High-Rise Markets.  Her leadership and approach to design has resulted in an impressive resume of projects including: 121 Seaport, 145 Broadway, 3 Cambridge Center, PTC- 9 floor fit-out at 121 Seaport, 170 Tracer Lane full building  fit-out in Waltham, and Atlantic Wharf.

As a Senior Project Engineer, Sue’s responsibilities include HVAC engineering design, project management, and full project participation from concept design through construction. She also shares her knowledge by presenting Bala’s AIA Accredited Courses.
