Tom began his career in project management and engineering design in the construction industry before joining Bala.  As Executive Vice President, he spearheads the company’s client development, and works closely with clients and our team of engineers to provide complete project delivery, including capital budgeting and contracting guidance.  He serves on Bala’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee.  His primary regions of focus are the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, DC markets.

Tom has worked in the Mission Critical industry for over 20 years, and is active in both 7x24 Exchange International and 7x24 Exchange Delaware Valley Chapter.  He has served on the Board of Directors for the 7x24 Exchange Delaware Valley Chapter since 2004, and has held the position of Executive Director since 2006.
