With over 25 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management, Tom has positioned himself as a knowledgeable resource for large-scale hospitality complexes, corporate campuses, high-rise buildings, educational facilities and infrastructure improvement.  He excels at electric utility coordination and design of critical campus infrastructure including capacity, reliability, resiliency and failure analysis.  As a lead electrical engineer in our Philadelphia office his responsibilities include design, coordination, bid review, contractor descope, construction administration, QA/QC and project management.
