Wes began his career at Bala and quickly rose through the ranks from a mechanical engineer to an Executive Vice President, Director of Project Management, and now the Chief Operations Officer.  Wes has spearheaded major initiatives to advance Bala's project and account management strategies, our Project QA/QC program, and aligned internal processes across our five offices.

He has established strong relationships in the industry and is a recognized expert in mixed-use and high-rise projects.  His pragmatic approach to design, responsiveness, and attention to detail has resulted in an impressive resume of projects including: the FMC Tower, Evo, The Vantage, The Summit at University City, 1919 Market, 1213 Walnut, and The Laurel.

Wes is proficient in energy modeling for both LEED and energy study projects.
