With over 30 years of experience in the engineering, real estate, and construction industries, Andy brings a diverse skillset to his projects.  As Leader of the Corporate Market Sector, Andy has led Bala’s design team on some of the most prominent corporate headquarters projects throughout the Delaware Valley region and beyond. His passion lies in bringing energy conservation and sustainable design initiatives and awareness to his projects. Some of the clients include: Comcast Technology Center, NBC10, Radian Group, Entercom, Capital One, Cozen O’Connor, SAP, Aramark, Reed Smith LLP, Bank of America, White & Williams LLP, Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), Amerisource Bergen Corporation and Macquarie. 

Andy also heads the Leadership Development Group at Bala which provides personal and professional growth opportunities for our future leaders.  The program combines professional coaching sessions with group discussions to review books centered on general business topics including teamwork, networking and decision making. The program functions in twice yearly sessions with groups of 8-10 future leaders.
