With over 30 years of experience in the HVAC, mechanical contracting and consulting, Chuck is a driving force in the overall designs for various types of projects such as Senior Living, Mission Critical, Higher Education, Laboratories, Manufacturing, Corporate Headquarters and Sustainable - LEED projects.  As Executive Vice President and Director of Engineering, he has a diverse set of responsibilities, including managing the direct managing of projects, engineering design, design standardizations, cost estimates, and scheduling of projects and quality control.  Chuck is well known for his attention to detail and dedication that he brings to every project and is passionate about instilling the importance of communication and coordination to Bala’s emerging engineers. 

During his tenure at Bala, Chuck has presented nationally on Mission Critical Facilities and has been publicized for his expertise.  He is also heavily involved in Bala’s Internship Program and volunteers his time to speak to high school students interested in pursuing an engineering career and has been a member of the ACE Mentorship (Architecture, Construction and Engineering) program for nearly 10 years.  He has been recognized as a Friend of Education by Souderton Area School District for his efforts.
